DFCCIL Recruitment 2025: Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) has announced a recruitment notification for 642 MTS, Jr Manager and Executive Posts out of which 41 around Vacancies are reserved for Physically Handicapped People for ITI/ Diploma/ B.Tech Divyang Candidates.   • Executive : Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Computer / Electronics & Control Systems / Power Electronics / Electrical & Communication / Rail System and Communication / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Telecommunication / Communication / Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology / Information & Communication Technology / Information Science and Technology / Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Microprocessor.
  • PwBD candidates, whose permanent disability is 40% and more, are required to attach Disability Certificate indicating percentage of disability & type of disability issued by the concerned Medical Board for consideration as per Rules.

Assistance of Scribe for PwBD Candidates

Candidates who are Visually Impaired (VI), or whose writing speed is affected due to conditions like Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Locomotor Disability (One Arm), or Intellectual Disability (including Autism, Specific Learning Disability, and Mental Illness) are eligible to avail the assistance of a Scribe for writing answers. However, candidates with the following conditions are not eligible for the facility:

  • One-eyed candidates
  • Candidates whose disability is less than 40%

To engage a Scribe, candidates must indicate their requirement while filling out the Online Application Form. The engagement of Scribe will be subject to the following conditions:

  1. Arrangement of Scribe

    • Candidates must arrange for the Scribe on their own.
  2. Eligibility of the Scribe

    • The Scribe should not be a candidate appearing for the same Advertisement.
    • A Scribe must not assist more than one candidate for the same Advertisement.
    • Both the candidate and the Scribe must submit a declaration confirming compliance with these conditions. Violations will lead to disqualification of both parties.
  3. Details Submission

    • Candidates opting for Scribe assistance must provide the required details of the Scribe while submitting the Online Application Form. This is necessary for issuing the e-Admit Card for the Scribe.
    • Both the candidate and the Scribe must sign at the designated place on the e-Admit Card.
  4. Identification and Verification

    • The Scribe must produce an original, valid ID proof and bring one colored passport-size photograph to the CBT center.
  5. Separate e-Admit Card for Scribe

    • A separate e-Admit Card will be issued for the Scribe accompanying the candidate.
  6. Responsibility for Misconduct

    • The candidate will be held responsible for any misconduct by the Scribe during the CBT.
  7. Compensatory Time

    • Candidates using a Scribe are entitled to additional compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of the Examination (CBT).
  8. Scribe Details at the CBT Center

    • Candidates unable to provide Scribe details during the Online Application process can submit the necessary details in the format provided in Annexure-II (D) at the CBT center, provided all stipulated conditions for Scribe engagement are met.
    • In emergencies, a change of Scribe is allowed, subject to recording reasons and providing necessary details, including a photograph of the new Scribe, as per Annexure-II (D).
