- Educational Concession: PwBD candidates require a minimum of 55% in their Bachelor’s degree (compared to 60% for General/OBC/EWS).
- Interview Concession: The minimum qualifying marks in the personal interview for PWD candidates is 45% (compared to 50% for standard candidates).
- Minimum Disability Requirement: The minimum disability for PWD candidates to avail of reservations is moderate, which is 40%.
- Scribe Facility: Visually impaired candidates and those whose writing speed is permanently affected can use their own scribe at their own cost. The scribe’s qualification must be above matriculation but at least one level below the candidate’s qualification.
- Compensatory Time (With Scribe): Candidates using a scribe are eligible for a compensatory time of 20 minutes for every hour of the examination.
- Compensatory Time (Without Scribe): A compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour is allowed for candidates with Orthopedic Handicap and Cerebral Palsy where the dominant writing extremity is affected (minimum 40% impairment). Visually Impaired candidates (minimum 40% disability) opting to view the test in a magnified font also get 20 minutes per hour.
